At RAD, we want you to love our wooden toys as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 1 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Contact our customer support team at hello@rad-wood.com to request a return authorization.
  • Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return confirmation email.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 2 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

  • If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 1 day of delivery.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
